How to measure curtains

Pleat Type — Pinch Pleat Panels

Step 1 — Measure Width

Measure the total width of your wall or curtain rod in inches.

Step 2 — Number of Panels

Each pinch pleat panel covers up to 22" when fully open. Divide wall width by 22 and always round up.

Step 3 — Measure Length

Measure from rod to desired drop. Mount rod 4–6" above the window frame.

Sill To the window sill
Below sill 4–6" below the sill
Floor 0.5–1" above the floor
Puddled Add 4–8" beyond floor
